　GooSync Forumsを見てみると、1/31に以下の投稿がありました。

GooSync is currently only available to paid users.

Thanks for the patience you’ve all shown whilst we’ve been busy working on updating our servers. We've made some changes today to improve performance for paid users, we will continue to work throughout the weekend and fully expect to have a full (free and paid) service running on Monday.
